Marathon Training – Week 5 – Learn to Focus

Learn to Focus, was super hard this week due to the fact that is was fourth of July week and I was on vacation. Not that being on Vacation should stop you from your normal routine. It was just harder to keep my structured times and workouts in for the week.

The good news was that I wasn’t increasing my long run this week and just keeping it consistent.

Here is what my week looked like:

Week 5

Total Mileage: 11.92 Miles

Fastest Mile: 11’14 minutes/mile

Slowest Mile: 12’34 minutes/mile – Long Run Pace

Long Run: 6.53 miles * This was a down week* It was also 4th of July week and we were on vacation. Not too bad for having some time off from work, was still able to get er’ done!
